Sizes

Flush-tech doors are available to
suit the following rear frame sizes:
Three-hinge version 1950mm – 2400mm aperture height
Four-hinge version 2400mm – 2750mm aperture height
Suitable for rear frames with a maximum overall width of 2550mm

Rear frame dimensions required to mount flush-tech:

• 50mm minimum vertical pillar width
• 100mm minimum top header panel depth
• 100mm minimum rear bearer depth

Locking handles

Two types of locking handle are available, ‘Lockmaster’ under-door handle supplied with a durable galvanised finish manufactured by Hesterberg Germany and the ‘Breogan’ Recessed pan handles available in zinc plated and fully stainless steel versions, manufactured by MRF Spain.
Recessed handles are generally required where limited space is available on the rear cross bearer, i.e. when a cantilever
tail lift is fitted

Recessed pan handle

Handles are mounted 250mm from the base of the door other heights available on request

• Polished stainless steel (anti corrosive) and zinc plated versions available
• Suits both white melamine and white GRP Polypropylene panels
• Key locking mechanism (fitted to offside handle)
• Sprung loaded key barrel cover
• Robust design
• Simple handling operation
• Mounted using external gasket and interior cover plate
